Juwa Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Juwa ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing juwa.bar, downloading the Juwa app, registering an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on Juwa — including the live casino, slot games, table games, sports betting (including cricket, PSL, football and esports), deposits, withdrawals and any promotional offers. Using any part of the platform without reading these Terms does not exempt you from being bound by them.

2 Eligibility

To register and use Juwa, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Juwa is strictly an adult entertainment platform. We do not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds or participate in any game or bet.
• You must be registering for a personal account in your own name, using accurate and genuine personal information.
• You must not already hold another active Juwa account. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or using the platform for commercial purposes without written permission from Juwa.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion period or account restriction on Juwa.

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide — including your name, date of birth, contact details and payment information — is accurate and complete. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

3 Your Account

Registration

Creating a Juwa account is free. During registration you will be required to provide a valid name, date of birth, contact number and a secure password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Juwa will never ask for your password via any communication channel.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact the Juwa support team immediately. Do not share your account with others or allow another person to use your account for any reason.

Verification

Juwa reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — particularly before processing a withdrawal, upon detecting unusual account activity, or as part of routine compliance checks. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted a single Juwa account. If multiple accounts are detected as belonging to the same person — determined by shared device, IP address, payment method or other identifiers — Juwa may close all associated accounts and withhold pending balances pending investigation.

4 Deposits and Payments

Juwa operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion involved at any stage of your interaction with the platform. All deposits, wagers and withdrawals are denominated in PKR.

Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed in real time
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits processed in real time
• Raast — Pakistan's instant interbank payment system
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — for larger amounts via standard banking channels
• Debit cards and other supported mobile wallets where available

Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Juwa does not accept deposits from any person under 18 years of age.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method. These are clearly displayed in the deposit section of your account.
• Juwa does not charge fees on standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside our control.
• Deposited funds that are used to place bets are subject to all applicable betting and casino rules.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawals are processed in PKR.

Withdrawal Eligibility

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that matches the one used for the deposit, or to a verified account in the player's own name.
• Before your first withdrawal, Juwa may require identity verification. This is a standard process and is completed once. Documents requested typically include a valid CNIC or equivalent identification.
• Any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be fully played through before the relevant balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

Processing Times

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically processed within 1–4 hours during business hours.
• Raast / Bank Transfer: Typically processed within 1–2 business days depending on your bank.

Processing times are estimates and may vary during high-volume periods, public holidays or when additional verification is required. Juwa is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider once funds have been dispatched from our end.

Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account's withdrawal section. These limits may vary based on your account status, payment method and any applicable promotional conditions. If you have questions about your specific limits, contact our support team.

6 Betting and Casino Rules

All bets placed on Juwa — whether on cricket, PSL, football, esports, live casino games or slot machines — are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules displayed at the point of play.

General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where a specific cash-out or edit feature is available and active at the time.
• Juwa reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error in pricing. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player.
• In-play betting markets may be temporarily suspended during key moments in a match — for example, during a cricket over change, wicket review, or video review period. This is normal and does not indicate a platform fault.
• The minimum and maximum stake for each market is displayed before placing the bet. These limits may change based on market conditions or your account history.

Cricket and PSL Betting

Cricket betting at Juwa covers Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches and other major tournaments. Match results are settled based on official scorecards from the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced due to weather, settlement follows the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result where applicable, or bets are voided where no official result exists.

Casino Games

All casino games — including live dealer games, slots, roulette, blackjack and baccarat — are operated with certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or with live dealers. The house edge for each game is inherent to the game design. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available for slot games within the game information panel.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

Juwa may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions or other incentives to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be displayed at the time the offer is made available.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are added to your account separately from your real-money balance. In most cases, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they convert to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds and time limits for each bonus are clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Juwa reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account.
• If a bonus has been claimed using misleading or false information, Juwa reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

8 Responsible Gaming

Juwa is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Online casino games and sports betting are forms of entertainment — they are not a reliable way to make money, and outcomes are based on chance. We encourage all players to approach gaming with a clear budget and a healthy mindset.

Tools Available in Your Account

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Apply a temporary or extended break from the platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be deactivated and you will not be able to log in or deposit.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen reminders showing how long you've been playing and how much you've wagered in the current session.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Juwa. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Opening more than one account, or assisting others in doing so, to claim multiple bonuses.
• Using a payment method belonging to another person without their explicit, verifiable consent.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, money laundering or fraud of any kind.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in live games or betting markets.
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions through your bank or payment provider (chargebacks) without first contacting Juwa's support team.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing any member of Juwa's support team or other players.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on Juwa — including but not limited to the website design, logo, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, trademarks and branding — is the property of Juwa or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any content on the Juwa platform without explicit written permission. Accessing Juwa gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment only.

11 Limitation of Liability

Juwa provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to keep the platform running smoothly and securely, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults and events outside our control may occasionally affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted, Juwa is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings resulting from technical errors, provided affected bets are voided and stakes returned.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain account security.
• Delays in payment processing caused by your bank, JazzCash, Easypaisa or other payment providers.

12 Account Termination

Either you or Juwa may close your account at any time.

Closure by You

If you wish to close your account, contact the support team. Any verified available balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard processing and verification checks are completed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be paid out upon voluntary closure.

Closure by Juwa

Juwa reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms. In cases involving fraud, prohibited conduct or provision of false information, any balance in the account may be forfeited pending investigation. Juwa will notify the account holder where legally appropriate and operationally possible.

Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more with no login or transaction) may be flagged as dormant. Juwa will attempt to contact you before taking any action on a dormant account.

13 Changes to These Terms

Juwa reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active players via email or an on-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continuing to use the platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any update, you should stop using Juwa and close your account. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
